Payment & cancellation
We use confirmation before payment: you pay only after driver and vehicle are confirmed. Credit card (Stripe), PayPal and WeChat transfer are supported.

How can I book a ride?
You can submit a booking request via our website. After providing your itinerary, we will arrange a vehicle and send confirmation. Custom itineraries are available via customer support (additional fees may apply).
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed only after we have received your payment.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. During peak seasons, 3–5 days is recommended.
Can I make a last-minute booking?
We will try our best, but availability is not guaranteed.
