To ensure smooth service arrangements, the Platform adopts a "confirmation before payment" policy.
Payment will only be requested after driver and vehicle arrangements are confirmed.
1) Submit booking request;
2) We confirm driver and vehicle availability;
3) Payment notification email is sent;
4) Complete payment via provided methods;
5) Click "I have paid" on the order page;
6) After confirmation, a "Booking Confirmed" email will be sent.
Currently supported methods:
1) Credit Card (Stripe)
Secure payment link (Visa / MasterCard, etc.).
2) PayPal
Payment via PayPal link.
3) WeChat Transfer
Transfer via WeChat (details provided by email).
1) Users may choose deposit or full payment;
2) If deposit only, remaining balance must be paid in cash (JPY, usually no change) to the driver on the service day;
3) Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.

2) Do not pay before receiving notification;
3) Contact support if unsure.
All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Additional fees may apply due to exchange rates or card issuers.
After payment, click "I have paid" to notify us.
A confirmation email will be sent once payment is verified.
Bookings are only confirmed after payment is received.
