Cancellation fees are calculated based on the Total Booking Amount according to the following schedule (based on the service start time):

1) “Total Booking Amount” refers to the full service fee confirmed at booking;
2) Cancellation fees will first be deducted from paid amounts, and any shortfall must be covered by the user;
3) Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances;
4) Please contact us as early as possible for cancellations or changes;
5) Changes due to force majeure (e.g., weather, flight delays) will be handled case by case.
